When I saw this floral number from Zara I envisioned a little dark-romance-90s-moment, nailed it!

 Ok, yes it feels slightly Spring/Summer-y but as I mentioned in my previous post, I am having trouble letting go of summer and transitioning into fall...the boots kind of helped, no? ;)

COCO MADE ME DO IT

Someone actually asked me if the Coco this shirt was referring to was Ice T's wife Coco. Interesting observation...?? I guess it can be whichever Coco you want it to be though. I'll go with Coco Chanel, but to each his own! ;)

GOING GIRLY

This dress is definitely on the girly side which I typically shy away from, but the color and the embellished collar really sucked me in! Who isn't down for a little peach lovin' for summer?

Shot this against the grungy and dirty wall in my backyard, which I have to say I am going to miss! Weird, I  know, let me explain...my gf's and I are moving out of our beloved Silverlake home after 5 years, so many memories, good times and awesome parties (note the cigs on the ground left over from one of those awesome parties, ha). And this wall has lent itself as a great background for many photoshoots, and chalk drawing sessions when we'd get tipsy and find the chalk our friends daughter had left at our house. ;)

ARROWHEAD

So this past weekend I did my lungs (and my soul) a favor and got out of the smog filled city. Escaped to a little piece of heaven called Lake Arrowhead and spent time at my family's cabin with friends. 

Took these pics on the way up at one of the turn outs, for obvious reasons- what a view eh?! 

Also, random thought- SO excited it's finally time for summer dresses! YESSSSS!
