Nothin' better than a striped crop top and high waisted short shorts for a casual Spring look! Easy and comfortable outfits have been necessary lately as I've been running around like a maniac getting everything together to leave for Europe this week (omg omg omg). There are no words to describe how excited I am to head back to that glorious continent! Even when I had a major "when it rains it pours" moment last week...my computer AND my phone broke within 4 days! Although I definitely had a self-pity/hating the universe moment, I got back up and reminded myself that shit happens, it's only a minor problem to be solved and that I have another amazing summer full of travels, adventures and experiences to look forward to. It made me think of that Jack Kerouac quote "Be in love with your life, every minute of it." Shouldn't be wasting time being angry over the little things when there's so much to look forward to and love about life.  AM-I-RIGHT? ;)

PINK BLAZER

While everyone is in NY freezing their butts off at fashion week... I'm over here rockin' a pale pink blazer because it actually does feel like Spring! Typical LA!

That is what my tat says on my left footie (beneath those awesome Jeffrey Campbell shoes) and it is going to be my mantra for this year. Luckily, 2014 has started off with a bang! I've worked on some exciting projects in the last couple weeks that I can't wait to share! Work flow is good, the sun refuses to stop shining in Cali, and I get to wear crop tops in the winter, this year is going to be a good one!

THE MEADOW

Took some pics at the Silverlake meadow down the street from my house. I spend a lot of time here (well running around the resevoir it surrounds). It makes you feel like you aren't in LA, which is good because sometimes you just need to get away!
