OVERALLS

Overalls always remind me of childhood, and when my mom would dress me up in my fave Oshkosh b'gosh pair (and everyone thought I was a little boy, guess I've always had that tomboy spirit).  Even though I typically dress pretty tomboy-ish, I gave my overalls a little girly flair and added a vintage top my grandma bought me forever ago. Nostalgia on nostalgia!

MY HAPPY PLACE

You know how I was craving a lake getaway recently? Well, I finally got up to my family's cabin in Lake Arrowhead last weekend! One of my all time favorite places to get away. This was the only hour or so of sunshine we got until it poured for the rest of the weekend, but it was still nice to smell the fresh air and watch movies in a cabin in the rain all day. Oh and make endless amounts of s'mores of course! Perfection :)
