MY HAPPY PLACE

You know how I was craving a lake getaway recently? Well, I finally got up to my family's cabin in Lake Arrowhead last weekend! One of my all time favorite places to get away. This was the only hour or so of sunshine we got until it poured for the rest of the weekend, but it was still nice to smell the fresh air and watch movies in a cabin in the rain all day. Oh and make endless amounts of s'mores of course! Perfection :)

ARROWHEAD

So this past weekend I did my lungs (and my soul) a favor and got out of the smog filled city. Escaped to a little piece of heaven called Lake Arrowhead and spent time at my family's cabin with friends. 

Took these pics on the way up at one of the turn outs, for obvious reasons- what a view eh?! 

Also, random thought- SO excited it's finally time for summer dresses! YESSSSS!

MEMORIAL WEEKEND

One of my favorite places in the world- Lake Arrowhead. This is where I spent part of my Memorial Day Weekend. My family has a cabin up there that I have been going to since I was a wee little tot! So peaceful, and a great way to get out of the city and enjoy nature. We ate tons of food, and relaxed on the doc with all four puppies, yes, four- I have one (btw isn't she absolutely adorable?!), and my sister has 3! It was puppy madness!
